Vanessa Kirby Thriller Package ‘Off Season’ From Script By Andrew Sodroski Snapped Up By Apple
Vanessa Kirby will produce and star in 'Off Season,' a thriller penned by Andrew Sodroski that Apple acquired in a competitive situation.
EXCLUSIVE: In a highly competitive situation, Apple has landed rights to develop Off Season, a spec from Holland, Michigan ‘s Andrew Sodroski, which Academy Award nominee Vanessa Kirby( Napoleon) will star in and produce through her Aluna Entertainment, according to our sources. On a tear of late with roles in Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One and Ridley Scott’s Napoleo n opposite Joaquin Phoenix, Kirby will next be seen starring in Ron Howard’s thriller Eden, which is coming off of its premiere at the Toronto Film Festival. Currently in production in the UK on the highly anticipated The Fantastic Four: First Steps, in which she plays Sue Storm aka the Invisible Woman, she’ll also be seen starring opposite Jennifer Jason Leigh in the drama Night Always Comes from Benjamin Caron, who directed her on Netflix’s The Crown.
