UTA Signs ‘Young Royals’ Co-Creator Lisa Ambjörn
Lisa Ambjörn, co-creator of Netflix's hit Swedish series 'Young Royals, has taken on new agents at UTA.
Recently named one of Deadline’s Five Rising European Scribes to Watch Out For in 2024, Ambjörn is known for authentically capturing youth culture in her work across both comedy and drama. She broke through to international audiences after creating and showrunning Netflix’s hit teen drama Young Royals, the third and final season of which was released in March of this year. As he navigates the pressures of royal duty and the complexities of adolescence, Wilhelm forms unexpected friendships and finds himself drawn to Simon (Omar Rudberg), a talented scholarship student.
