EXCLUSIVE: United Talent Agency ( UTA) has revealed it paid more than £43M ($55M) to acquire UK agent Curtis Brown in 2022, with its revenue surging on the back of the deal. The group also lost valuable clients in recent weeks after Charles Collier, co-founder of Tavistock Wood, exited to set up London-based Chalcot Square Management. Collier took with him stars including Rebecca Ferguson, Eva Green, and Freddie Fox, though Alicia Vikander and Lily James continue to be repped by UTA.
