Usher Reveals He Almost Formed a Supergroup With Jay-Z, Pharrell & Diddy
“We was talking about it and having secret meetings about it,” he reveals in a new interview.
It’s a busy time for Usher, who will be performing at the Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Show in Las Vegas on Feb. 11 at Allegiant Stadium. To capitalize on the momentum of the Sin City SB performance, the “Yeah” hitmaker also has a new album on the way, titled Coming Home, which will arrive on Feb. 9, ahead of the big game. Across the 20 tracks, he’s recruited Latto, Burna Boy, 21 Savage, The-Dream, H.E.R., Summer Walker and BTS’ Jung Kook to join him on the journey.
