Universal Music Group to Move New York Offices in 2027
Universal Music Group plans to move its New York offices in 2027 to Penn 2, a building located across the street from Madison Square Garden.
The music giant is relocating its East Coast headquarters to a recently redeveloped building next to Madison Square Garden. UMG will also take over a ground-floor space in Penn 2 that will eventually house a “premium retail experience dedicated to serving music superfans.” In February, Vornado CEO Steven Roth told analysts that he hoped the building would be 80 percent leased by the end of the year.
