Unboxing OPI's advent calendar changed my mind on a major manicure no-no
The OPI x Wicked Mini Nail Lacquer 12 Day Advent Calendar is not just a breath of fresh air compared to other calendars on the market but also noticeably different from previous offerings
The polishes are also long-lasting, with my first manicure of Ozitively Elphaba enduring six days before showing signs of wear on my nails, despite regular typing, washing up and even some aggressive ripping up of cardboard boxes to go into the recycling over the weekend. Meanwhile, the black mixed with shimmering silvery blue sparkles I've used on my toes, inspired by the night sky and aptly named Defying Gravity, is still going strong into a second week and lifts my mood whenever I see it. Priced at £55, this is likely to appeal more to beauty fans who want to experiment with nail stickers, metallic effects and includes many extras and fewer, albeit full-sized, bottles of colours.
