Ultra Music Festival 2024 Day 1 Shuts Down Due to Severe Weather
After closing early on day one due to thunder and lightning storms, the 2024 Ultra Music Festival in Miami is schedule to re-open March 23.
As thunder and lightning storms and strong winds moved through the Miami area, where the festival takes place in the city’s downtown Bayfront Park, organizers posted an announcement that “for your safety, Ultra Friday is temporarily shutting down. The shutdown ended the festival three hours early, with sets by Fisher and Chris Lake playing as Under Construction, Armin van Buuren, Amelie Lens and Joris Voorn and Kolsch also cancelled due to the weather. The Ultra 2024 lineup for the rest of the weekend includes David Guetta, Peggy Gou, Eric Prydz, Nora en Pure, Steve Aoki, Seven Lions, Madeon and San Holo, Calvin Harris, Orbital and many more.
