UK weather: Exact date temperatures set to soar back up to 25C this week
The latest forecast maps have revealed the exact date temperatures will rise again, reaching highs of 25C after the unseasonably warm weather earlier in the week
Discussing the weekend forecast, Met Office meteorologist Marco Petagna mentioned "mixed conditions" for Scotland and Northern Ireland but added there will be "a lot of fine weather around, with sunny spells and lighter wind" for England and Wales. As for next week, Monday might begin grey with sporadic rain and drizzle in the morning, yet most of the country will enjoy sunshine, gentle breezes, and temperatures climbing into the upper teens, reaching 20C or 21C in the South East. Mr Petagna revealed: "Thereafter it's really just a high pressure dominating Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, meaning there's a lot of dry, settled weather around.
