Jim Dale, Senior meteorologist at British Weather Services and climate spokesman, hints at a warm resurgence towards the month's end. Temperature rises are on the cards, with projections showing that from September 17, an expansive area from London to Newcastle could experience a welcome increase, marking the beginning of what might be a warmer and calmer spell of weather.
