UK distributor-producer Signature Entertainment has set plans to acquire Latin American production and distribution company Particular Crowd. “Our ambitions are aligned, and our collective strength will enable us to unlock huge potential in Latin America and beyond as we expand our slate of elevated content.” Having worked together on some of our early Signature Films productions, we quickly recognized Particular Crowd as a distributor that had similar intentions, and we were thrilled to agree a deal to acquire the company.
