U2 hit top spot as highest-earning band in the UK and Ireland beating rivals Coldplay as live performance profits for 2024 are revealed

U2 have hit the top spot as the highest-earning band in the UK and Ireland so far this year, according to new data.

The Irish rock band formed in Dublin in 1976 consists of Bono, the Edge, Adam Clayton, and Larry Mullen Jr. It comes after Taylor Swift revealed that rock band U2 gifted her a sweet bouquet to wish her luck ahead of her string of Eras Tour shows in Dublin last weekend.
