Tyla Postpones North American Tour Indefinitely Due to Persistent Back Injury


“I am absolutely heartbroken to have to say this,” the “Water” singer wrote on Instagram.

Tyla released a statement on Instagram Story writing, It saddens me to let you know I will no longer be able to perform over the next 10 days, effecting the following festivals- Roskilde, Palmesus, Opn’er, Saga and Montreux Jazz.” The “Art” singer noted, “I am currently doing physical therapy and easing back into doing shows consistently,” before adding, “Trust that I am doing everything I can to get on as many stages while Simultaneously recovering fully.” The South African star delivered a sultry performance of her latest single, “Jump,” featuring Gunna and Skillibeng, at the BET Awards 2024 last Sunday (June 30) in Los Angeles, CA.
