TV star’s cause of death - after police revealed investigation was underway
Fitness guru Richard Simmons' cause of death has been revealed after the fitness guru was found dead at his Los Angeles home last month, a day after his 76th birthday
His death has now been ruled as an accident by the Los Angeles’ Medical Examiner, who have confirmed he died from being 'sequelae of blunt force traumatic injuries' due to a 'ground level fall'.
