TV star caught looking fuming on as Mrs Brown's Boys wins fourth NTA for comedy
Mrs Brown's Boys won the NTA for best comedy last night, but one Ghosts star didn't hold back his feelings on the sitcom scooping the award for a fourth time in a row
As Brendan O'Carroll, the brains behind Mrs Brown's Boys, and his troupe took to the stage to accept the trophy, Ghosts' Kiell was spotted looking notably disgruntled. Just weeks earlier, the Taskmaster comedian had rallied his followers to vote for Ghosts, hoping to avoid a repeat loss to Mrs Brown's Boys. The question elicited nervous laughter from the TV executive before the Q&A's host, comedy writer Michelle de Swarte, intervened, exclaiming: "It's a trap.
