Model and actress Shana Wall has filed a lawsuit against American Airlines, alleging that she was seriously hurt after being served a drink “containing broken plastic”. In it she claims that her “throat, oesophagus, vocal cords and digestive system” were injured as a result of being “served a drink in a glass containing broken plastic and shards” while on the flight.
