TV legend with 'iconic voice' dies after minor surgery with fans devastated


The narrator of 1990s anime series Dragon Ball Z, Doc Harris, who is known for his iconic voice has sadly died at the age of 76 after undergoing minor surgery last month

The star passed away on Saturday, 5 October in Vancouver General Hospital after he had a minor surgery last month, as first reported by Canadian trade publication Broadcast Dialogue. According to his IMBD page, as well as Dragon Ball Z, Doc lent his voice to other anime series which included Monster Rancher, Eat-Man '98, Sister Blue and the Aegis Defenders video game, as well as a 1993 episode of The X-Files. The TV show, Dragon Ball Z was based on the manga - comics or graphic novels originating from Japan which was created and written by Akira Toriyama.
