The renowned culinary expert described experiencing hallucinations, suicidal thoughts and sedation, along with periods of "extreme highs" that had him "vomiting ideas" and "loving every single person". This mental health condition is characterised by extreme mood swings, ranging from feelings of despair and depression to 'manic' episodes filled with energy, ideas, and intense emotions.
