Tulisa Contostavlos has admitted to spending '90 percent of time alone' on I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! and would 'hide in the dunny' as she battled social situations

During a candid chat, the N Dubz star admitted that social situations left her feeling "overwhelmed" - and even saw her hiding in the dunny during her time in the jungle Down Under. Despite spending time away from camp, Tulisa who suffers from agoraphobia - a fear of places or situations that might cause panic, helplessness or feelings of being trapped or embarrassed - said her fellow celebs were super supportive. In another interview since her jungle stint, Tulisa opened up about her harrowing experience with prescription drug dependency during the Covid lockdown, revealing that she felt like "she was going to die" as she attempted to quit.
