Tulisa Contostavlos set pulses racing on Tuesday as she shared a slew of Instagram snaps from her trip to Thailand.

And appearing on her fellow campmate GK Barry's podcast, Tulisa gave more explanation about her time in the jungle, admitting she had a few 'kick-offs' with ITV and that she thought her introverted nature had caused her to be voted out. She admitted she had also blown up over the conditions that Maura Higgins and Reverend Richard Coles were living in when they first arrived as latecomers, with the pair only being granted basic necessities, with no fire or beds. Elsewhere in the chat, she spoke about her struggle to cope with constantly being filmed and surrounded by people, saying: 'Initially I was terrified by the thing of being watched, being on all the cameras, being in that big commercial television again and 24/7 nowhere to hide.
