True-Crime Producer Sherry Fynbo Debuts Last Word Entertainment With Crave Series ‘Mafia: Most Wanted’
Sherry Fynbo is launching Canada's Last Word Entertainment with 'Mafia: Most Wanted'.
Fynbo, known for the likes of Drug Lords: The Takedown and Escobar Exposed, will lead the company as President and executive producer, and has hired former Beyond Rights colleague Fiona Crago and The Night Stalker co-director James Carroll to join her. Through access to to police wiretaps, confidential case files and exclusive interviews with mob hitmen, the series builds a picture of the shadowy organization and the relentless pursuit to dismantle it. Fynbo said Last Word was committed to bringing “buried stories to light, and added of Mafia: Most Wanted, “Exposing the true criminals – the real power players behind the network – takes more than law enforcement’s perspective.
