True Detective fans were left in awe of the latest season's finale, which was broadcast on Sunday. The HBO series stars Jodie Foster and Kali Reis as Detectives Liz Danvers and Evangeline Navarro.
To solve the case, Detectives Danvers and Navarro will have to confront the darkness themselves, and dig into the haunted truths that lie buried under the eternal ice. The show centres on two men who operate a research station in, Ennis, Alaska and mysteriously vanish and during this episode, a lady called Annie was murdered - Jodie's character must get to the bottom of it The final episode saw the detectives uncover that a lady called Annie Clark - who was murdered long before the scientists disappeared - was killed after she discovered a team were willing to endanger the citizens of Ennis by polluting the local mining factory.
