Troy DeVolld Dies; Longtime Unscripted Producer From 'Basketball Wives' & 'Dancing With The Stars' Was 53
Prolific reality TV producer Troy DeVolld, who worked on Basketball Wives, Dancing With The Stars and Hollywood Game Night, died Oct. 14 in Casselberry, Fla. An Ohio native, DeVolld studied fine arts at Flagler College and Full Sail University. He then began working almost nonstop in the unscripted space on shows like The Osbournes, The Surreal Life, House Rules, The Bachelor, Flipping Out, Who Are You Wearing, Paris Hilton’s My New BFF: Dubai, and She’s Got The Look.
