Troy Ave Released From Jail, Heads Home With a Lamborghini & Bag of Cash
Troy Ave has been released from jail, and headed home with a Lamborghini and bag of cash.
He commemorated the occasion with an Instagram post on Monday (Aug. 26), sharing a picture of himself in front of a Rikers Island sign holding a bag of cash, a red Lamborghini Urus next to him. Earlier this year, the Brooklyn rapper turned himself in to begin his prison sentence for his part in the 2016 NYC shooting that left his bodyguard Ronald “Banga” McPhatter dead. Initially charged with attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon, Troy and his legal team negotiated a one-year sentence in exchange for his testimony against Campbell.
