As Perezcious readers no doubt know, Amari — who will turn 18 in July — was born with a very severe form of epilepsy called Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome, or LGS. And with Tristan the closest family member to his little bro — and extremely financially stable with all his NBA cash after playing for so many years in the league — he asked the court to allow him to take the lead on guardianship. Tristan pledged in his petition to protect that money and help use it for Amari’s care in addition to daily details.
