Triple M unveils new breakfast show panel after radio star Marty Sheargold stepped down following AFL controversy

Triple M announced on Tuesday who will be presenting their new weekday breakfast show, following the shock departure of radio star Marty Sheargold.

Their wide range of knowledge and interests could see the hosts talk about a variety of subjects, from AFL commentary to humorous observations about current events. Sheargold said he wanted to spend more time with his family and prioritise 'self-care' after a mysterious three-month absence last year following an alleged incident at the AFL Grand Final. But when approached for comment, a Southern Cross Austereo spokesperson told Daily Mail Australia at the time: 'Sheargold left the AFL Grand Final at halftime of his own accord.'
