Tribeca Festival's 2024 feature slate has films with Kristen Stewart, Lily Gladstone, Jenna Ortega films and a Trey Parker and Matt Stone documentary.
It’s the first year Viewpoints section films will be in competition, including animated feature Boys Go to Jupiter starring Elsie Fisher, Tavi Gevinson, Julio Torres and Sarah Sherman, and thriller Darkest Miriam with Britt Lower. Simon Klose’s kinetic and socially-pressing documentary follows award-winning Swedish journalist My Vingren as she goes undercover online as a white supremacist in order to expose a network of neo-Nazis and far-right organizations that are viciously fostering hate speech and extremism on a global scale. Actor/director/writer Andrew McCarthy crisscrosses the country reconnecting with fellow Brat-Packers like Rob Lowe, Demi Moore, Ally Sheedy, Emilio Estevez, and more to reflect on what it meant to be in the Brat Pack and how the label impacted their lives, personally and professionally.
