A judge has dismissed a lawsuit accusing Trey Songz of sexual assault after he allegedly exposed a woman's breast back in 2013. The woman - who filed under the pseudonym Jane Doe - first sued Songz, 39, in June after sending a demand letter to him the year prior. The plaintiff claimed it was done without her consent and was tantamount to sexual assault, an allegation that had been vehemently denied by Songz and his team, according to TMZ.
