You could feel the tension rising slowly in Trevor Noah’s extended Grammys intro routine, as he went an impressive number of minutes without mentioning the name likely about to dominate both this weekend and next: Taylor Swift. As Noah invoked her name for the first time, she came walking through the venue’s open floor to her table, along with a small entourage, including go-to producer Jack Antonoff. Noah then went on to mention the NFL’s overexposure of Swift during games this season, as she’s been a constant presence since going public with her relationship with Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce in September.
