When he got word that 79-year-old Gloria White needed help rebuilding her home of 56 years, he and his 87 & Running foundation came to the rescue. According to KSHB on Friday, the longtime KC resident called local project Rebuilding Together Kansas City after a sewage leak in her basement — and sadly, after helpers arrived, they realized her home was in much worse condition than they originally thought. But luckily, through the help of former Chiefs player Otis Taylor — who married one of Gloria’s relatives — Trav caught wind of the dire situation.
