Nestled alongside her fiancée Sophie Jones and their adorable twin boys Harley and Hudson, their home is an oasis of warmth sans oak panelling or tartan recliners. After finding a lump in May, 32 year old Sophie faced a gruelling regimen of chemotherapy, blood transfusions, and surgery to excise the tumour and lymph nodes.
