Liam Payne, the former One Direction star who tragically died at 31, was reportedly trying to escape his hotel room in Buenos Aires via the balcony just before his fatal fall, according to TMZ. The singer, who was staying at the CasaSur Palermo resort, had allegedly expressed a dislike for being confined in hotel rooms and had previously used the balcony as an escape route. In attendance was Cheryl, as well as Liam's One Direction bandmates, Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik, who reunited for the first time in nine years.
