EXCLUSIVE: TOWIE star Lauren Goodger opens up on her plans to have her breast implants removed and have a reconstruction in her hopes to bag a boyfriend in 2025

The procedure includes two weeks recovery afterwards which means no driving or lifting – a tough task for a busy single mum.
