TOWIE's James Argent 'attacked' model girlfriend on Spain holiday say witnesses
James Argent was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence in Spain on Sunday, May 5 after a witness claimed he could hear a 'frightening argument' and saw the former TOWIE star throw objects from a nearby house
The Sun reports that the reality TV star received a suspended jail sentence and must complete a "resocialisation course in the field of gender violence." Argent faced a setback when TOWIE suspended him in October 2014 after failing a drug test, but he bounced back following a stint in rehab and rejoined the show.
