Although reality TV shows are notorious for staging a few scenes here and there in order to capture the best storylines, it appears that The Only Way Is Essex went as far to create an entire fake relationship. The TV personality, who also appeared on Celebrity Big Brother, then went onto describe a scene where he and Lauren met up for a coffee.
