TOWIE favourites Lockie and Arg band together at gym to stay in shape
The Only Way Is Essex stars James Lock and James Argent have teamed up together for a weight training session in the gym, just days after the launch of Lockie's new fitness app
Ever since James Argent embarked on a life changing fitness transformation three years ago, the popular reality star has been delighting audiences with his new found love of exercise and healthy living. And it appears he has now been sharing that enthusiasm with his former co-star James Lock, 37, after the pair were spotted working out together at a David Lloyd gym in Chigwell, Essex. However, this was only the start of the battle as Arg also needed to tone up and keep his muscle mass while slimming down, something which saw him turn to boxing, swimming and weight training sessions around five times a week.
