Tori Spelling Says Shannen Doherty's Exclusion from Oscars In Memoriam Was 'Triggering' After Her Dad and Luke Perry Were Also Slighted: 'We Were Robbed'

Tori Spelling honored the late Shannen Doherty in a special episode of the 'Let's Be Honest' podcast on March 31. Spelling said she felt "robbed" by Doherty's exclusion from the 2025 Oscars 'In Memoriam' segment, especially after her father, Aaron Spelling, and fellow '90210' star Luke Perry were previously left out.

Tori Spelling appeared in a special, 20-minute tribute episode of Shannen Doherty's Let's Be Clear podcast on Monday, March 31. "And then, ironically, the year that Luke Perry passed, he was left out of it," Spelling continued, referring to the sudden 2019 death of her and Doherty's former 90210 costar. “In a world where we often don’t get to make up with the childhood friendships that formed so much of the adult you become, we got that chance,” Spelling shared on Instagram after the Charmed alum’s death.
