Top shrink joins Aaron's Carter's fiancé in blaming popstar's gruesome bathtub death on his doctor

A top shrink who investigated the tragic case of popstar Aaron Carter, found dead in his bathtub in 2022, said his doctor was over prescribing Xanax.

The popstar's fiancé Melanie Martin filed a lawsuit against his doctor John Faber in 2023 on behalf of their 3-year-old son Princeton that stated the drugs that were prescribed were responsible for his death But Morrison, the assistant clinical professor of child psychiatry at the University of California, San Diego, did a deep dive into the case, studying Carter's medical records, his drug test results, his emails with Dr. Faber and his autopsy report. Martin has disagreed in the past about his death being entirely accidental and said she turned his phone in to the authorities after finding a text message exchange in which Carter said that he owed an unnamed person $800 for an undisclosed substance.
