Top Gear star Chris Harris has broken his silence about his colleague Freddie Flintoff's crash and claimed he warned BBC bosses that "someone was going to die" because of safety failings, before the incident. According to The Mirror, Chris admitted he thought Freddie had died in the aftermath of the crash in December 2022 and he blasted the BBC for allegedly failing to take his concerns seriously ahead of the accident - despite him expressing worry.
