Top BBC Presenter Mishal Husain Leaving After 25 Years To Join Bloomberg – Update


Mishal Husain is leaving the BBC 'Today' Programme after 11 years and 25 with the BBC on TV and radio.

Mishal Husain, one of the BBC ‘s most established news presenters, is stepping down from her Today program role after 11 years and leaving the corporation after 25. In 2014 she was the first reporter to enter the school attacked by the Taliban in Peshawar, Pakistan, and in 2017 her engagement interview with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle was seen around the world. Husain added: “My time at the BBC has involved many memorable moments, going to places I would never otherwise have seen, witnessing history and being part of live, national conversation on Radio 4.
