Too Short's upcoming film, Freaky Tales, has a lot of star power, but it also carries the memory of the late Angus Cloud. Speaking of legendary, Short's anthem, "Blow the Whistle," will turn 20 in 2026, and the rapper is still riding the wave from the song's classic status.
