Tony Goldwyn Earns Shout-Out At U.S. Open By Frances Tiafoe: “Me And My Girl Used To Watch ‘Scandal’ All The Time”
From the DNC to the U.S. Open, Tony Goldwyn is definitely having a moment.
The longtime actor/director made a big splash over the weekend in Arthur Ashe stadium, where he reunited with fellow Scandal stars Bellamy Young, Scott Foley, Katie Lowes and Jeff Perry to take in a little tennis with old boss Shonda Rhimes. His appearance didn’t go unnoticed by U.S. player Frances Tiafoe, who used his interview time after his winning match to give a shout-out to Goldwyn for playing President Fitzgerald Grant on the ABC drama. On Aug. 22, Goldwyn reunited with his Scandal co-star Kerry Washington on the final night of the Democratic National Convention.
