The Beatles' tour manager and the man behind Queen, Tony Bramwell, has passed away at the age of 78 and tributes have poured in, including one from Paul McCartney

Music mogul Tony Bramwell - who was the The Beatles' tour manager and helped discover Queen - sadly passed away at 78 years old on June 2 following a brief illness. Tony was a childhood friend of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, and George Harrison, and the music legend was said to be a key part in the Fab Four's' journey as their road manager. Whilst, in a heartfelt tribute posted on the Strawberry Field website, Julia Baird, John Lennon's sister, wrote: "Tony was the 'man in the know' as he was around for the bulk of the Beatles journey.
