Tommy Cash Dies: Country Singer and Johnny Cash’s Brother Was 84
Tommy Cash, a country singer and younger brother to Johnny Cash, has died at 84.
“We are saddened to announce that the world lost a bright light last evening with the passing of Tommy Cash,” the establishment wrote on Instagram Sept. 14. “[My wife] Shannon and I lost a very, very dear friend last evening,” continued CEO and founder Bill Miller of Cash. Following in Johnny’s musical inclinations, he enlisted in the U.S. Army, serving as a DJ for the Armed Forces radio network.
