Tom Selleck’s Rare Public Appearances Since Finishing Filming ‘Blue Bloods’: See Photos

Tom Selleck has been open about his disappointment over the cancellation of the police procedural drama Blue Bloods after its Season 14 finale in December.

The actor, who has starred as Commissioner Frank Reagan since the show premiered on CBS in September 2010, has only been seen out and about a few times since the news broke. On June 20, actor Donnie Wahlberg revealed it was the last day, writing on Instagram, “Not sure I have the words to describe how I feel about today, or the last 14 years on this special Blue Bloods journey, but I do know how incredibly thankful I am for every moment of it.” Tom was on hand to light the Empire State Building in partnership with CBS and DEA Widows’ and Children’s Fund in celebration of the final season of Blue Bloods.
