Tom Selleck may not actually lose his beloved California ranch after Blue Bloods ends (with the television star worth a whopping $45M and paid up to $200K per episode)

In reality, the actor, 79, is not strapped for cash and is reportedly worth a whopping $45 million considering his distinguished, decades-spanning acting career.

His comments about possibly losing his ranch were more meant to reflect his desire to continue working and were not intended to literally describe the actual state of his finances, an insiders shared with the site. The TMZ sources said that when the long-running police procedural drama series is set to wrap at the end of the year after the final 14th season, Selleck plans to continue working and is not ready to slow down yet. Late last year, it was reported that his time playing Frank Reagon, the police commissioner of New York City, on Blue Bloods would soon be coming to an end as CBS announced their plans to not renew the series.
