Tom Holland's Dad Says Actor Was 'Incredibly Well Prepared' for Zendaya Proposal: 'They Will Make a Successful Union'

Tom Holland's father, Dominic Holland, penned a lengthy post on Patreon on Friday, Jan. 10, confirming Tom and Zendaya's recent engagement. '[He]' was very incredibly well prepared,' Dominic wrote of his son's proposal.

He then offered up a rare insight into the actor's personal life as he touched on Tom's engagement, which was first confirmed on Monday, Jan. 6. This was in stark contrast to his own proposal to Tom's mother, Nicola "Nikki" Holland, he added, noting that he didn't have a ring or parental permission when he popped the question. Even though Tom and Zendaya are often in the public eye, Dominic is confident that the soon-to-be groom and bride won't let stardom negatively impact their relationship.
