Tom Hardy Wants A Rated R ‘Logan’-Style Film For ‘Venom’

Tom Hardy isn’t done with Venom quite yet! The actor reveals his desire to do an rated R endcap to the franchise in a similar vein to Logan.

Fans were sad to say goodbye to Tom Hardy as the Lethal Protector, in no small part due to the character never being allowed to reach the full potential that the actor could give because of constraints put on them by the studio. Tom Hardy was asked about this prospect during a recent interview alongside Kelly Marcel, the writer and director of Venom: The Last Dance. However, given the lukewarm reception it’s getting at the box office, it’s certain nobody would complain if the duo went full Logan and made a rated R sequel that plays loose with the canon.
