The film star has said the secret of his success is that he works harder than anyone else - and that includes rising at 5.30am to go to the gym.
Tom will opt for foods like salmon dark chocolate, raw oats, blueberries, ginger, beets, broccoli, olive oil, tomatoes, and spinach. Singer Sting also credits his amazing shape to his macrobiotic diet which consists of a lot of vegetables and grains, and aims to avoid toxins and processed food that contain preservatives. It was previously revealed that instead of three main meals a day, the star opts instead for 15 small snacks (pictured in a promotional video for Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part 1)
