Tom Cruise Set to Star in Doug Liman's Supernatural Thriller ‘Deeper'

Director Doug Liman recently confirmed that he and Cruise are working on a horror project, the first in the genre for either.

In August, movie insider Daniel Richtman mentioned that the pair were in talks to make the film, with Warner Bros. Multiple stars have been attached to the project since, including Idris Elba, Bradley Cooper, and Gal Gadot. Liman and Cruise have worked together several times in their Hollywood careers, most notably on the 2014 sci-fi film Edge of Tomorrow, as well as 2017’s action movie American Made.
