EXCLUSIVE: Togethxr, the media company founded by star atheletes Alex Morgan, Chloe Kim, Simone Manuel, and Sue Bird as well as Jessica Robertson, has a new head of development. It is currently working on a feature-length documentary, executive produced by Tracee Ellis Ross, Sue Bird, and Nneka Ogwumike, about how the women of the WNBA played a critical role in flipping a Georgia Senate seat in the 2020 election. Morgan is the captain of NWSL’s San Diego Wave FC and co-captained the U.S.’ women’s national soccer team with Carli Lloyd and Megan Rapinoe between 2018 and 2020, Kim is a two-time Olympic gold medalist snowboarder, Manuel is a Olympic gold medalist swimmer and Sue Bird is a former WNBA player, thought to be one of the best in the sports history.
